Sub: Supporters and Prayer letters of March – May 2026,
Dearsupporters,
Greetings to you all in the precious name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Once again, we express our thanks and gratitude to God for his care and guidance in our lives despite many difficulties and challenges, as well as to you all for your constant prayers and support for the ministry here in Bihar.
Someofthe updates:
In March, we visited our contact, Bhadei Mandal, in Tulsiya village. After the recovery from the sickness he had suffered, he started to show interest in praying, requesting the missionary to pray for him whenever we visited, as he claimed that he always found peace and comfort when we prayed for him and his family. Even though he is not a believer yet, he manifested his interest by listening to a prayer Offered to him. We believe that God will work miraculously in his life so that one day he will come to accept Christ as his personal Saviour.
Every Friday of every month, we used to have a fasting prayer and Bible study in Sahasol village for one family who are seekers and have shown a keen interest in knowing more about God and his word. Eventhough it’s a small fellowship, we believe that God will bless this family so that one day this small bible study will bring more people to this prayer.
By God’s grace, we visited Tulsiya village and had a small health awareness program there, teaching a few families about Basic health education on cleanliness and how to take care of themselves properly when they get sick. For cleanliness was very much lacking among most of the people here. So, this one will help them to grasp some knowledge of how to take care of their health and surroundings. We could screen and check the BP and sugar for some old people and guide them to the hospital when it's needed. Holistic ministry is one of the strategies we are using in reaching out to the people based on the context.
In April, we visited a new village, Ramtola Maikhan. During our time here, we met some locals, chatted with them, listened to their stories, and tried to build a rapport with them. Throughout the visit, we prayed earnestly that God would open doors for us and guide us to get good contacts in this village, so we could build and extend our ministry to this place in the days to come.
Ashok Sahani was a seeker. Whenever he tried to pray, he would experience a strong vomiting sensation that forced him to stop. We understood this as a form of demonic attack. As a team, we prayed for him, and now he has received relief and is fully liberated. He and his wife are the only people from Sahasol village who are earnestly longing to know Christ. Kindly do remember this family in prayer.
